Vibrant health starts in the kitchen

Hi! I’m Molly.

Growing up in a house full of Gourmet magazine and the PBS Great Chefs series, it seemed only natural that I would follow a passion for food into the world of restaurants. I spent 15 years of working in all facets of food and restaurants, and towards the end I felt tired and burnt-out, despite having access to incredible food and exciting, ever-changing projects. Was it all the travel? The time away from my kids? The weeks on end without consuming a salad?

Yes. To all.

I put the brakes on corporate level cheffing and pivoted to nutritional wellness. After earning my health coach certification, I became my own first client! I applied the principles to my own eating patterns and for the first time in my life, broke free of the cycle of overindulgence and exhaustion. Even better, I was able to refocus my love of food to traditional eating and to identify patterns that have been serving humans the good life for millennia.

Lots of things can make us healthy — and of these things, food is the most fun. (I know, my bias shows.) Food can also be a real challenge, and this is where I’m here to help out! Whether it’s hands-on coaching to make you more confident in the kitchen, online instruction to learn how to make new foods, or simply the accountability to stick with a plan; I work with individuals and groups to improve their health, starting in the kitchen. From overwhelmed and confused to connected and confident, together we use the incredible power of food to change for the better.
