You have a plan.
We’ll cook it.
Your nutrition protocol is only as good as what’s on your plate. That's where Light Work comes in. We’ll make your meals consistently, precisely, and without sacrificing flavor.

How It Works
Your Protocol, Professionally Executed
You invested in a nutrition plan. You know what your body needs. But between a full schedule, limited kitchen time, and the sheer effort of executing a precise protocol week after week, the plan stays on paper. Light Work closes that gap. Molly takes your existing protocol and cooks it at a professional level, so you can finally eat the way your dietitian intended.
Step 1: Share Your Meal Plan
You bring your existing meal plan, macro targets, or dietary protocol — whatever your dietitian, doctor, or nutritionist has given you. Molly reviews it thoroughly, asks any clarifying questions, and gets a complete picture of your food preferences, restrictions, and what’s gotten in the way of execution until now.
Step 2: Molly Builds the Menu
Working directly from your protocol, Molly translates your nutrition requirements into a weekly menu of meals that actually taste like food you want to eat. Every dish is built to hit your targets precisely — macros, dietary restrictions, ingredient specifications — without sacrificing flavor. This is where 15 years of professional cooking makes all the difference.
Step 3: Heat and Eat
Your meals are prepared in a professional kitchen and delivered fresh to your door, ready to heat. Your protocol, executed flawlessly. Your ideal meal plan, finally on your plate.
Light Work does not replace your dietitian — it makes their work land in your real life. This is a limited-availability service; Molly works with a small number of clients at a time to ensure every protocol is executed with full attention. If you have a plan and need someone to cook it, the first step is the intake.
After 15 years as a professional chef in corporations, I stopped asking what makes food trendy, delicious, and profitable. Instead, I started asking a different question:
How can I focus on food that makes bodies thrive?
That question sent me back to school. I’m currently completing my master’s degree in dietetics and hold a national certification as a Board Certified Health Coach — which means I can read your protocol the way your dietitian wrote it, and cook it the way a professional chef executes it. Most people have one or the other. Light Work has both.
Light Work exists for the person who has done the hard work of getting a nutrition plan — and just needs someone who can actually cook it.

— “Snack Attack” Wellness Webinar
“I have never liked gnocchi before but I *loved* this recipe. I had such a fun time, I felt like the recipe was perfect for more advanced and beginner cooks. I only received positive feedback from the class and working with Molly to plan and coordinate this was a dream!.”
— Corporate Cooking Class
“It was a relief to see how easy the changes can be - like having my yogurt and granola in the afternoon, and higher protein cottage cheese for breakfast. I’m a reluctant cook, so it’s great to have ways to support my health that aren’t complicated.”
